About this platform:
Grievance Redress is part and parcel of SAGCOT Centre’s service delivery as it is one way we can be held accountable, responsive and transparent. To this end, we are developing an Online Platform where you can lodge all your grievances for redress. This platform will be called the SAGCOT Centre Limited Grievance Redress Mechanism (SCLGRM), a web-enabled system which will be embedded in this website primarily aiming to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved stakeholders from anywhere and anytime. Once received, complaints will be forwarded to the different departments to scrutinize for eligibility and take action for speedy and favourable redress. Tracking grievances will also be facilitated on this portal through a unique system generated number.
This platform will enable SAGCOT Centre Ltd. to receive and evaluate the different stakeholder grievances, its effectiveness to address them and its redress machinery from time to time. The platform will also enable SAGCOT CentreLtd. to measure its effectiveness in preventing such grievances.
Issues not taken up for redress will be the following:
- Political matters;
- Subjudice cases or any matter concerning judgment given by any court;
- Personal and family disputes;
- Anything that impacts upon territorial integrity of the country or friendly relations with other countries;
