Philip joined the Centre in 2017 as Ihemi Cluster Driver. He holds a Certificate of Advanced Driver Grader I & II, from the National Institute of Transport, Dar es Salaam. Prior to joining SAGCOT Centre, he worked for Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF) and Skanpihl Colas and Tanzania Insurance co Ltd as a Driver.
