Tulalumba has a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics and Masters of Administration in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Nuertingen - Geisslingen in Germany. She has diverse experience in research, management and project coordination. Prior to joining SAGCOT, she worked with the Embassy of Tanzania in Germany in the administration unit and in events management. She has done research in the energy sector as well as agriculture. She has been with the SAGCOT Centre since 2014.
